Iowa High School Football - English Valleys tops H-L-V
September 6, 2024: North English, IA 52316 The English Valleys Bears football squad scored 44 points and limited the visiting H-L-V Warriors to 26 in the Bears league triumph on Friday.
The Bears now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Iowa Valley for a 8-Man District 6 (8 Man) test on Friday, September 20.
With the defeat, H-L-V drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host Iowa Valley (Marengo, IA) to meet the Tigers in a 8-Man District 6 (8 Man) test on Monday, September 9. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-0. Iowa Valley won 56-33 in their recent league test against WACO (Wayland, IA)
