La Salle Falcons (Milwaukie, OR) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Lincoln Cardinals (Portland, OR), 10-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, La Salle improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Falcons host Westview (Portland, OR) to play the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Friday, September 13. The Wildcats go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Westview lost 15-13 in their recent non-league battle against McMinnville (McMinnville, OR)

The Cardinals now have a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Reynolds for a non-league battle on Friday, September 13. Lincoln will play a Raiders team coming off a 30-6 non-league loss to Hood River Valley (Hood River, OR). The Raiders record now stands at 0-1.
