The Leechburg Blue Devils were victorious over the host Serra Catholic Eagles football team by a score of 48-27 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Riverview Raiders (Oakmont, PA) in a WPIAL A Eastern challenge, on Friday, September 13. Leechburg will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 52-9 non-league loss to Cornell (Coraopolis, PA).

The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Monessen (Monessen, PA). The Greyhounds enter the WPIAL A Black Hills challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Monessen ran past Bethlehem Center (Fredericktown, PA), 56-30, in a non-league challenge.
