September 6, 2024: Cranston, RI 02910 The Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI) volleyball held off the visiting Toll Gate Titans (Warwick, RI), 2-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Thunderbolts now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Prout for a non-league bout on Monday, September 9. Cranston East will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Toll Gate drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Titans host Blackstone Valley Prep (Cumberland, RI) to clash with the PRIDE in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 10. The PRIDE come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
