Oklahoma High School Softball - Collinsville edges Sperry
September 6, 2024: Collinsville, OK 74021 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Collinsville Cardinals (Collinsville, OK) and the visiting Sperry Pirates (Sperry, OK), observed Collinsville's softball team get by Sperry by a tally of 4-2.
The Cardinals (10-6) will now prepare for their outing against Fairland (Fairland, OK). The Owls come into the non-league outing with a 17-3 record. In their last outing, Fairland by Mannford (Mannford, OK), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
With the loss, Sperry moves to 12-5 on the season. The Pirates travel to Chandler (Chandler, OK) to encounter the Lions in a 3A outing on Monday, September 9. The Lions come into the outing with a record of 19-1. Chandler won 11-0 in their recent league outing against Morris (Morris, OK)
