September 6, 2024: Hartshorne, OK 74547 The Hartshorne Miners (Hartshorne, OK) softball routed the visiting Sallisaw Black Diamonds (Sallisaw, OK), 17-3 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Miners now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Savanna for a non-league outing on Monday, September 9. Hartshorne will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Okmulgee (Okmulgee, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-12.
In their next game, the Black Diamonds confront the Broken Bow Savages (Broken Bow, OK) in a 4A District 6 match, on Monday, September 9. Sallisaw will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record. The Savages come into the match with a 10-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to Fort Gibson (Fort Gibson, OK).
