September 6, 2024: Jarrell, TX 76537 Jarrell Cougars (Jarrell, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Rogers Eagles (Rogers, TX), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Jarrell improves its record to 14-10 on the season. The Cougars travel to Pflugerville Connally (Austin, TX) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 8-19. Pflugerville Connally lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Richards School for Young Women Leaders (Austin, TX)
The Eagles now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Little River Academy for a 3A Region III District 19 test on Friday, September 13. Rogers will face a Bumblebees squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Crawford (Crawford, TX). The Bumblebees record now stands at 7-13.
