Virginia High School Volleyball - J.R. Tucker can't hold off West Springfield

The West Springfield Spartans tipped the host J.R. Tucker Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Spartans confront the Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA) in a Patriot bout, on Tuesday, September 9. West Springfield will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Fairfax (Fairfax, VA).

With the loss, J.R. Tucker drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Gloucester (Gloucester, VA) to clash with the Dukes in a non-league bout on Monday, September 8.
