In Saturday's non-league game, the Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA) football team triumphed over the host Delcastle Technical Cougars (Wilmington, DE), by a score of 41-0.

In their next game, the Knights face the Penn Wood Patriots (Lansdowne, PA) in a Delaware Valley game, on Saturday, September 13. Academy Park will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Patriots enter the game with a 1-2 record after their 21-18 non-league loss to Maret (Washington, DC).

With the defeat, Delcastle Technical drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Dickinson (Wilmington, DE) to clash with the Rams in a non-league outing on Friday, September 12.
