Washington, DC High School Football - Friendship Collegiate Academy tops Archbishop Carroll

September 6, 2025: Washington, DC 20017

The Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights football squad scored 30 points and limited the host Archbishop Carroll Lions to 14 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Simon Gratz for a non-league test on Friday, September 12. Friendship Collegiate Academy will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 67-20 non-league loss to Twin Valley (Elverson, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.

With the defeat, Archbishop Carroll drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Bell (Washington, DC) to meet the Griffins in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Griffins come into the test with a record of 1-0.
