Maryland High School Football - Dunbar edged by Stone Bridge
September 6, 2025: Baltimore, MD 21231 The Stone Bridge Bulldogs edged the host Dunbar Poets football squad by a margin of 7-6 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host John Champe for a non-league outing on Friday, September 12. Stone Bridge will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 70-49 non-league loss to Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA). The Knights record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Dunbar drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Poets travel to Fort Hill (Cumberland, MD) to clash with the Sentinels in a non-league game on Friday, September 12. The Sentinels enter the game with a record of 1-0. Fort Hill won 27-0 in their recent league game against Northern Garrett (Accident, MD)
