September 6, 2025: East Rutherford, NJ 07073 Lyndhurst Golden Bears (Lyndhurst, NJ) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Becton Wildcats (East Rutherford, NJ), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Lyndhurst advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Golden Bears host Dwight-Englewood (Englewood, NJ) to play the Bulldogs in a NJIC - Liberty outing on Monday, September 8. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Dwight-Englewood won 8-1 in their recent non-league outing against Wood-Ridge (Wood-Ridge, NJ)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Hawthorne Bears (Hawthorne, NJ) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 8. Becton will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bears go into the outing with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Lodi (Lodi, NJ).
