Kentucky High School Soccer - Menifee County nudges Frankfort Christian Academy
September 6, 2025: Frenchburg, KY 40322 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY) and the visiting Frankfort Christian Academy Royals (Frankfort, KY), saw Menifee County's soccer squad hold off Frankfort Christian Academy by a count of 6-5.
The Wildcats (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Panthers enter the District 61 battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Fleming County was edged by Bryan Station (Lexington, KY), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
In their next game, the Royals meet the Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY) in a non-league match, on Monday, September 8. Frankfort Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Colonels come into the match with a 6-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Boyd County (Ashland, KY).
