September 6, 2025: Louisville, KY 40212 Shawnee Golden Eagles (Louisville, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Bullitt Central Cougars (Shepherdsville, KY), 4-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Shawnee advances its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles travel to Francis Parker (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Wyverns in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Wyverns come into the test with a record of 0-2. Francis Parker lost 8-0 in their recent non-league test against LKY (Louisville, KY)
The Cougars now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Fern Creek for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. Bullitt Central will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Pleasure Ridge Park (Louisville, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 4-0.
