September 6, 2025: Bayfield, CO 81122 Bayfield Wolverines (Bayfield, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ignacio Bobcats (Ignacio, CO), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bayfield improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Montezuma-Cortez (Cortez, CO) to face the Panthers in a test on Tuesday, September 9. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 1-2. Montezuma-Cortez lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Dolores (Dolores, CO)
Next, the Bobcats meet the Pagosa Springs Pirates (Pagosa Springs, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 16. Ignacio will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
