September 6, 2025: Duluth, MN 55811 In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Denfeld Hunters soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Bemidji Lumberjacks.
The Hunters (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Hermantown (Hermantown, MN). The Hawks come into the Class A Section 7 test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Hermantown edged Proctor (Proctor, MN), 3-0, in a league test.
The Lumberjacks now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moorhead for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. Bemidji will clash with a Spuds team coming off a 2-0 league loss to St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN). The Spuds record now stands at 2-2.
