Ohio High School Soccer - Wauseon knocks off Central Catholic
September 6, 2025: Toledo, OH 43608 The Wauseon Indians soccer squad scored 8 points and held the host Central Catholic Fighting Irish to 0 in the Indians non-league victory on Saturday.
The Indians now possess a 7-0 record. They play next when they travel to Swanton for a Northwest Ohio bout on Tuesday, September 9. Wauseon will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Lake (Millbury, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Central Catholic moves to 0-6 on the year. The Fighting irish travel to Lutheran North (Macomb, MI) to play the Mustangs in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 9. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 0-7. Lutheran North lost 4-0 in their recent non-league game against Greenhills (Ann Arbor, MI)
