Ohio High School Soccer - St. Xavier nudges Lakota West
September 6, 2025: West Chester, OH 45069 The St. Xavier Bombers (Cincinnati, OH) soccer nipped the host Lakota West Firebirds (West Chester, OH), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Bombers now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to La Salle for a Greater Catholic South challenge on Wednesday, September 10. St. Xavier will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Wyoming (Cincinnati, OH). The Lancers record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, Lakota West moves to 5-1 on the year. The Firebirds travel to Sycamore (Cincinnati, OH) to battle the Aviators in a Greater Miami contest on Tuesday, September 9. The Aviators enter the contest with a record of 5-2. Sycamore won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Archbishop Moeller (Cincinnati, OH)
