Illinois High School Soccer - Taylorville North Mac
September 6, 2025: Taylorville, IL 62568 North Mac Panthers (Virden, IL) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Taylorville Tornadoes (Taylorville, IL), 3-0 in a non-league outing.
The Panthers (1-6) will now prepare for their outing against Carlinville (Carlinville, IL). The Cavaliers go into the South Central outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Carlinville by Highland (Highland, IL), 5-2, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Tornadoes play the Mt. Zion Braves (Mt. Zion, IL) in a Apollo outing, on Tuesday, September 9. Taylorville will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Braves come into the test with a 4-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, IL).
