September 6, 2025: Charlottesville, VA 22901 Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Riverbend Bears (Fredericksburg, VA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Albemarle improves its record to 2-4 on the season. The Patriots travel to Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA) to face the Titans in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. Hidden Valley won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Northside (Roanoke, VA)
Next, the Bears meet the Stafford Indians (Falmouth, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Riverbend will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 3-2 league win over Riverbend (Fredericksburg, VA).
