Michigan High School Volleyball - Alma winner over Ithaca
September 6, 2025: Ithaca, MI 48847 Alma Panthers (Alma, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Alma improves its record to 12-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI) to face the Cardinals in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 1-5. Big Rapids lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Tri County Area (Howard City, MI)
The Yellowjackets now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Michigan Lutheran Seminary for a Tri-Valley - West challenge on Wednesday, September 10. Ithaca will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Merrill (Merrill, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-2.
