Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Crusaders (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Felton Grove (Apex, NC). The Galaxy come into the challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Felton Grove gained a win over South Garner (Garner, NC), 3-0, in a non-league game.

The Knights (8-7) will now prepare for their game against East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Eagles go into the Southwestern 7A/8A game with a 11-5 record. In their last game, East Mecklenburg gained a win over Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC), 3-0, in a league outing.
