September 6, 2025: Ashland, OR 97520 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Ashland Grizzlies (Ashland, OR) and the visiting Rogue River Chieftains (Rogue River, OR), observed Ashland's volleyball team top Rogue River by a count of 2-0.
The Grizzlies (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Coquille (Coquille, OR). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Coquille was knocked off by Valley Catholic (Beaverton, OR), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Chieftains battle the Illinois Valley Cougars (Cave Junction, OR) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 9. Rogue River will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 2-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Hidden Valley (Grants Pass, OR).
