The Meteors now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Thornton Fractional South for a South Suburban bout on Tuesday, September 9. Thornton Fractional North will clash with a Red Wolves team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Crete-Monee (Crete, IL). The Red Wolves record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Aurora East drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Tomcats travel to Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL) to encounter the Raptors in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6.
