Tennessee High School Volleyball - Christ Presbyterian Academy tips Austin

In Saturday's non-league test, the host Christ Presbyterian Academy Lions volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Austin Black Bears.

With the win, Christ Presbyterian Academy improves its record to 10-4 on the season. The Lions travel to Madison County (Gurley, AL) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 13-7. Madison County lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Huntsville (Huntsville, AL)

Next, the Black Bears meet the Cleveland Blue Raiders (Cleveland, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Austin will attempt to upgrade on its 22-4 season record. The Blue Raiders come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 2-1 non-league win over East Hamilton (Ooltewah, TN).
