September 6, 2025: Farmer City, IL 61842 The Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Blue Ridge Knights to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now have a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Hoopeston for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 6. Lowpoint-Washburn will play a Cornjerkers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to St. Anne (St. Anne, IL). The Cornjerkers record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Blue Ridge moves to 2-6 on the season. The Knights travel to Judah Christian (Champaign, IL) to confront the Tribe in a non-league game on Saturday, September 6.
