Spectators at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN) and the host Brownstown Central Braves (Brownstown, IN), saw Cathedral's volleyball squad achieve victory over Brownstown Central by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Cathedral improves its record to 10-3 on the season. The Fighting Irish travel to Center Grove (Greenwood, IN) to face the Trojans in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 6-4. Center Grove won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Franklin Community (Franklin, IN)

The Braves now own a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Providence for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Brownstown Central will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Assumption (Louisville, KY). The Pioneers record now stands at 5-8.
