September 6, 2025: Byron, MI 48418 Byron Eagles (Byron, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Whitmore Lake Trojans (Whitmore Lake, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Byron improves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Livingston Christian (Pinckney, MI) to meet the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 2-0.
Next, the Trojans meet the Roeper Roughriders (Birmingham, MI) in a Michigan Independent - Red challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Whitmore Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Roughriders come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Hope Christian Academy (Westland, MI).
