California High School Volleyball - Crescenta Valley can't hold off Yucaipa
September 6, 2025: Yucaipa, CA 92399 The Yucaipa Thunderbirds tipped the visiting Crescenta Valley Falcons volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Thunderbirds confront the Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 6. Yucaipa will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Lightning come into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Capistrano Valley Christian (San Juan Capistrano, CA).
With the loss, Crescenta Valley drops to 5-8 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Notre Dame (Belmont, CA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6.
