September 6, 2025: Le Grand, IA 50142 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Sigourney Savages volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the East Marshall Mustangs.
Next up, the Savages confront the B-G-M Bears (Brooklyn, IA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 11. Sigourney will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Bears come into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Colfax-Mingo (Colfax, IA).
With the loss, East Marshall drops to 5-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Gladbrook-Reinbeck (Reinbeck, IA) to clash with the Rebels in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 9. The Rebels come into the match with a record of 3-4. Gladbrook-Reinbeck lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA)
