September 6, 2025: Elk Point, SD 57025 In Saturday's non-league match, the Ethan Rustlers (Ethan, SD) volleyball squad overcame the host Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies (Elk Point, SD), by a count of 2-0.
In their next game, the Rustlers encounter the Mt. Vernon/Plankinton Titans (Mt. Vernon, SD) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 9. Ethan will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Titans go into the battle with a 1-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Deubrook (White, SD).
The Huskies now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canton for a A Region 4 battle on Thursday, September 11. Elk Point-Jefferson will meet a C-Hawks team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Parker/Marion (Parker, SD). The C-Hawks record now stands at 9-6.
