The Tri-West Hendricks Bruins volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Floyd Central Highlanders to 1 in the Bruins non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bruins now have a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crown Point for a non-league game on Saturday, September 6. Tri-West Hendricks will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Chesterton (Chesterton, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-1.

The Highlanders (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Carmel (Carmel, IN). The Greyhounds go into the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Carmel nudged Center Grove (Greenwood, IN), 3-1, in a non-league game.
