September 6, 2025: Hudson, IA 50643 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Hudson Pirates volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Valley Lutheran Crusaders.
Next up, the Pirates face the Columbus Sailors (Waterloo, IA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 9. Hudson will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Sailors come into the outing with a 0-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to North Scott (Eldridge, IA).
With the loss, Valley Lutheran drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Crusaders host West Fork (Sheffield, IA) to play the Warhawks in a non-league game on Monday, September 8. The Warhawks go into the game with a record of 4-1. West Fork won 3-2 in their recent non-league game against Northwood-Kensett (Northwood, IA)
