The Thunderbirds now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Medford for a Great Northern bout on Tuesday, September 9. Lakeland will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Butternut (Butternut, WI). The Raiders record now stands at 4-6.
With the loss, Menomonie falls to 4-10 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Regis (Eau Claire, WI) to battle the Ramblers in a non-league contest on Monday, September 8. The Ramblers enter the contest with a record of 16-5. Regis won 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Columbus Catholic (Marshfield, WI)
