The Railsplitters (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Roosevelt (Des Moines, IA). The Roughriders enter the Iowa Alliance - North contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Roosevelt was beaten by Atlantic (Atlantic, IA), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Demons meet the Diagonal Maroons (Diagonal, IA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 9. Lamoni will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Maroons go into the test with a 1-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Lenox (Lenox, IA).
