Texas High School Volleyball - Plainview overwhelmed by Lubbock-Cooper
September 6, 2025: Plainview, TX 79072 The Lubbock-Cooper Pirates topped the host Plainview Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Saturday's league game.
Coming up next, the Pirates play the Caprock Longhorns (Amarillo, TX) in a 5A Region I District 3 game, on Tuesday, September 9. Lubbock-Cooper will attempt to advance on its 14-8 season record. The Longhorns enter the game with a 6-11 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Amarillo (Amarillo, TX).
The Bulldogs (9-14) will now prepare for their game against Coronado (Lubbock, TX). The Mustangs enter the 5A Region I District 3 game with a 13-14 record.
