Madison-Ridgeland Academy Patriots (Madison, MS) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Newton County Cougars (Decatur, MS), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Madison-Ridgeland Academy improves its record to 14-4 on the season. The Patriots travel to Oxford (Oxford, MS) to face the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 10-5. Oxford won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Germantown (Madison, MS)
