Wes-Del Warriors (Gaston, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Marion Giants (Marion, IN), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Wes-Del improves its record to 2-6 on the season. The Warriors host Blue River Valley (Mt. Summit, IN) to meet the Vikings in a Mid-Eastern challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Blue River Valley lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN)

Next, the Giants meet the Fort Wayne Wayne Generals (Fort Wayne, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Marion will attempt to advance on its 1-13 season record. The Generals go into the test with a 2-7 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Lakewood Park Christian (Auburn, IN).
