September 6, 2025: Paducah, KY 42001 The McCracken County Mustangs were victorious over the visiting Taylor County Cardinals volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Community Christian for a District 2 bout on Tuesday, September 9. McCracken County will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Mayfield (Mayfield, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 3-8.
With the loss, Taylor County drops to 5-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Meade County (Brandenburg, KY) to confront the Green Waves in a non-league match on Saturday, September 6. The Green Waves enter the match with a record of 7-6. Meade County won 3-0 in their recent league match against Hancock County (Lewisport, KY)
