Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Saints (Suffolk, VA) and the host Virginia Academy Patriots (Ashburn, VA), observed Nansemond-Suffolk Academy's volleyball team nudge Virginia Academy by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Saints travel to Fredericksburg Christian (Fredericksburg, VA) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 2-0.
