Indiana High School Volleyball - New Castle tips Perry Meridian

September 6, 2025: Indianapolis, IN 46217

The New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN) volleyball held off the host Perry Meridian Falcons (Indianapolis, IN), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shelbyville for a Hoosier Heritage match on Tuesday, September 9. New Castle will confront a Golden Bears squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Columbus East (Columbus, IN). The Golden Bears record now stands at 4-6.

The Falcons (4-7) will now prepare for their match against Plainfield (Plainfield, IN). The Quakers enter the Mid-State match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, Plainfield was tipped by Tri-West Hendricks (Lizton, IN), 3-1, in a non-league match.
