With the win, Ridge View improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Raptors travel to Westwood (Sloan, IA) to encounter the Rebels in a Western Valley battle on Tuesday, September 9. The Rebels go into the battle with a record of 2-2. Westwood won 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against East Sac County (Lake View, IA)
The Mustangs now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Emmetsburg for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 11. Newell-Fonda will encounter a E'Hawks squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Kuemper (Carroll, IA). The E'Hawks record now stands at 4-3.
