September 6, 2025: North Powder, OR 97867 Powder Valley Badgers (North Powder, OR) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Weston-McEwen TigerScots (Athena, OR), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Badgers (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Jordan Valley (Jordan Valley, OR). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Jordan Valley beat Rimrock (Bruneau, ID), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the TigerScots play the McLoughlin Pioneers (Milton-Freewater, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 8. Weston-McEwen will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over South Wasco County (Maupin, OR).
