September 7, 2021: Vernon, AL 35592 The Berry Wildcats volleyball team (Berry, AL), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Lamar County Bulldogs (Vernon, AL)
The Bulldogs (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Sulligent (Sulligent, AL). The Blue Devils enter the 2A Area 10 challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Sulligent went down by Red Bay (Red Bay, AL), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats play the Phillips Bears (Bear Creek, AL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 11. Berry will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Colbert Heights (Tuscumbia, AL).
