September 7, 2022: Rio Rancho, NM 87124 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) and the visiting Sandia Prep Sundevils (Albuquerque, NM), saw Rio Rancho's volleyball squad beat Sandia Prep by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Rio Rancho upgrades its record to 6-0 on the year. The Rams travel to Capital (Santa Fe, NM) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 13. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Capital won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Cottonwood Classical Prep (Albuquerque, NM)
The Sundevils now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Albuquerque Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 8. Sandia Prep will play a Chargers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Chargers record now stands at 0-2.
