September 7, 2023: Parker, CO 80134 Lutheran Lions (Parker, CO) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Kent Denver Sun Devils (Englewood, CO), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 11. Lutheran will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Kadets enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-1 league loss to Golden (Golden, CO).
The Sun Devils now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Colorado Academy for a challenge on Monday, September 18. Kent Denver will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-2.
