California High School Volleyball - Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary can't hold off La Salle
September 7, 2023: Montebello, CA 90640 In Thursday's league battle, the visiting La Salle Lancers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary Cardinals.
The Lancers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 6-0 record. In their last battle, Eagle Rock nudged Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Cardinals encounter the St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, September 12. Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Swordsmen come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Alhambra (Alhambra, CA).
