September 7, 2023: Spokane, WA 99218 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Mead Panthers (Spokane, WA) and the visiting Eastmont Wildcats (East Wenatchee, WA), saw Mead's soccer squad knock off Eastmont by a margin of 5-2.
The Panthers now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Moses Lake for a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. Mead will encounter a Mavericks squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Lewis & Clark (Spokane, WA). The Mavericks record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Eastmont drops to 2-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Central Valley (Spokane Valley, WA) to encounter the Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, September 9.
