September 7, 2023: Clovis, NM 88101 Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM) fans left the game content Thursday as they saw their football team rout the host Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM), 54-8 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Hobbs improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Roswell (Roswell, NM) to confront the Coyotes in a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. The Coyotes come into the test with a record of 3-0. Roswell won 32-20 in their recent non-league test against Artesia (Artesia, NM)
With the loss, Clovis drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM) to confront the Demons in a non-league test on Thursday, September 21. The Demons come into the test with a record of 2-3.
