September 7, 2023: Winchester, VA 22603 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the James Wood Colonels (Winchester, VA) and the visiting Hedgesville Eagles (Hedgesville, WV), saw James Wood's volleyball squad nip Hedgesville by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, James Wood upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Colonels travel to Liberty (Bealeton, VA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, September 11. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Liberty lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Millbrook (Winchester, VA)
